The Opening Reception will be in the Glasgow City Chambers. This historic venue is the city's most important and prestigious building overlooking George Square and for over a hundred years the headquarters of successive City councils.
The conference dinner will be held in The Barony, located near the Merchant City. The Barony is renowned for its spectacular architecture, beautiful stained glass windows and unique atmosphere.
It is easy to get to Glasgow by air, rail or road. There are several daily scheduled flights from major British and European cities into, and out of, Glasgow International Airport. Edinburgh Airport with a wide choice of flights is an hour’s drive away. It is a15-20 minute drive into the city from Glasgow International Airport by taxi or regular airport bus. The city has two main rail stations and trains from the south arrive at Glasgow Central Station. When you arrive, you will find plenty of taxis, plus one of the best public transport systems in the country.
